## 你的工作职责

作为销售与项目行政助理,你将在确保销售流程与项目管理顺利进行方面发挥关键作用。你的日常工作将包括:

协助准备认购表、报价单以及买卖协议(SPA)

与购房者、律师、银行及公司内部团队协调沟通

跟进进度账单及相关文件处理

协助项目文件处理,如投标文件、委任书(LOA)及工地会议纪要

支持项目交屋、活动及推介会的筹备与执行

维护良好的文档记录、报告及数据库管理

We’re a growing property development company committed to building quality homes and communities. As we expand our team, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales and Project Admin to support our sales team and project operations from start to finish.

What We're Looking For

We’d love to meet you if you have:
A Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in property development, construction, or a related industry
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Preferably able to speak and write in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders

What You'll Be Doing

As a Sales and Project Admin, you'll play a key role in making sure both our sales process and project administration run smoothly. Your day-to-day work will involve:
Assisting with preparation of booking forms, quotations, and Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPA)

Coordinating with purchasers, lawyers, banks, and internal teams

Tracking progress billing and handling related documents

Helping with project documents like tender submissions, LOAs, and site meeting minutes

Supporting project handovers, events, and launches

Maintaining proper records, reports, and databases

Other tasks where we can discuss in depth during interview.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
