**Main Duties**:
1. Be the first point of contact for internal and external customers seeking support and information relating to our services
3. Scheduling and meeting co-ordination
4. Maintain filing system
5. Maintenance and utilities monitoring
6. Liaise with vendor and contractor for respective project
7. Order office supplies and research new dealers and suppliers
8. Administrative at headquarter and branches
9. Assist in coordinating company's events
10. To ensure smooth running in overall office operations
11. Coordination and distribution of documentation
12. Ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
**Requirements**:
2. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
3. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
5. Required Skill(s): Administration and good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Words)
6. Well organized and detailed oriented
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
8. Attentive to details with strong initiative and problem-solving skills
9. Knowledge of operating general office equipment such as a computer, phone system, printer scanner and fax machine.
10. Possess own transport
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
