Responsible for overseeing treasury processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing operational efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:
Treasury
- Liquidity management: Manage & monitor client and bank liquidity pools.
- Cash flow monitoring: Fund allocation based on clients and banks’ risk appetite.
- Booking FX rates for all deliverables with banking partners, and unwinding any hedged positions.
- Oversees funds movement between banking and payment teams.
- Maintain meticulous and accurate records on Datasoft middle office activities.
- Daily reporting of transactions.
- Engage and build good rapport with banking partners to ensure continuity of services.
- Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and industry standards.
- Maintain meticulous and accurate records on liquidity management and cash flow management.
- Partner with key internal partners in Sales, Client Support, Operations, & Compliance Team to provide holistic client support.
- Perform any other related lawful duties that may be given by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience in handling financial transactions and preferably in the payment or financial services industry.
- Ability to work night shift (4PM to 1PM), and flexible scheduling.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Strong knowledge of payment industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point.
- Knowledge of Project Management.
- Familiar with international corporate structures and workflow.
- Familiar with foreign exchange and foreign exchange quoting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English.
- Ability to communicate in Chinese including Mandarin is preferable.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Meticulous in managing work processes.
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
