**Operations & Human Resource Executive**

**Reporting to**: General Manager & Senior Regional Manager

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive **Operations & Human Resource Executive** to oversee day-to-day operational functions and manage human resource activities for our conference company. This role requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

You will be responsible for ensuring smooth event operations, efficient workflow processes, and effective HR management to support our growing team.

**Key ResponsibilitiesOperations**
- Plan, coordinate, and execute event logistics, including venue arrangements, vendor management, and equipment sourcing.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and partners to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
- Maintain event timelines, schedules, and checklists to ensure flawless execution.
- Assist in budget monitoring, cost control, and operational reporting.
- Oversee inventory management for event materials and equipment.

**Human Resource**
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Assist in developing HR policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Handle employee attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Organize staff meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Provide HR support and advice to management and employees.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Event Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations and/or HR; experience in events industry is a strong advantage.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; knowledge of HR or project management tools is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, especially during event periods.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
