HR Manager
into their high-performing Human Resources (HR) team. In view of exceptional performance in 2024 (nearly doubled of the previous year's sales revenue), the organisation is looking to add depth and onboard a strategic HR professional who thrives on partnering with the business to drive real impact. This role is based in Kuala Lumpur, with frequent travels to other offices in Malaysia involved.

Job Description

In this pivotal role, you will serve as the key strategic liaison between HR and business leaders. Reporting into the CHRO, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing people strategies for a diverse workforce (blue-collar and white-collar) that support critical business objectives and foster a high-performing, engaged culture.

You will provide comprehensive guidance to managers on the full spectrum of people matters, including recruitment, performance, employee relations, and talent development. You will lead workforce planning and talent pipeline initiatives to ensure the organisation has the right skills for the future. A core part of your role will be to enhance employee engagement and drive organisational culture through targeted programs. You will also be responsible for implementing company-wide HR processes, utilising HR metrics to inform strategy, and leading change management efforts.

The Successful Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a proven proactive and collaborative professional with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Success in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic role, backed by strong HR Operations foundation
  • Team management experience across various locations
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
  • Deep familiarity with employment regulations and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in HRIS and the Microsoft Office Suite
