BlockOffice is currently seeking a dedicated and proactive
Human Resource Team
to join our team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, administration, training & development, and ensuring HR policies and practices are in compliance with Malaysian labour laws.

Responsibilities

You will be working directly to our founding team for:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are in compliance with the Employment Act and other local labour laws.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee performance and growth.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
  • Assist with performance appraisal processes and employee evaluations.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and analysis for management.
  • Responsible for payroll management and processing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Prior experience in headhunting, recruitment agencies, or talent acquisition is a strong plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian Labour Laws and statutory regulations.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in English
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
