**Job Title : HR Executive**
**Department : Human Resources**
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
The Human Resources Executive serves as a point of contact for all employees and works closely with all business units. He/She manages the daily HR operations surrounding employee life cycle (from onboarding to exit). In addition, he/she provides support to various HR initiatives, projects and policies to ensure smooth implementation of HR practices in the company.
Reporting to the HR Manager, the role and responsibilities of this position includes (but not limited to):
- Provides advices to employees on HR policies and practices and ensure the policy is followed across all employees.
- Provides performance management guidance to managers and heads of department.
- Provides advice on staff counselling, career development and disciplinary actions.
- Handles disciplinary issues and grievances of employees to ensure issues are being resolved fairly and as per employment law.
- Handles employees insurances.
- Implements company wide employment engagement strategies.
- Manages manpower budget and plan for hiring needs for company.
- Coordinates interview sessions and conduct interview with hiring manager.
- Supports the half-yearly performance management review process for the company.
- Supports the talent review process for the company.
- Identify & coordinates in-house training programmes.
- Work closely with HR Shared Services on payroll related matters.
- Assists in Foreign Workers Centralised Management System & Expatriate Services Division.
- Assists in salary benchmarking and monitor all the benefits programs for employees.
a) At least a Degree in Human Resources or equivalent with minimum 3 years relevant experiences
b) Matured with friendly disposition.
c) Well versed in Employment Act (EA 1955)
d) Well versed in Success Factors & Sage Payroll
f) High integrity & strong work ethics
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
