**Position Summary**

The Human Resources Executive is responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, training, and HR administrative support. This role ensures that all HR operations are executed efficiently and in compliance with the Malaysian Employment Act 1955.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage end-to-end HR processes such as onboarding, confirmation, promotions, resignations, and contract preparation.
- Oversee the full range of HR operations, including recruitment, training and development, payroll processing, compensation, and employee benefits.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and confidential processing of monthly payroll.
- Monitor staff attendance and manage leave records, ensuring accurate data entry into HR systems.
- Prepare and submit all statutory contributions and reports (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRD Corp) on time.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files in an organized and systematic manner.
- Provide daily HR and general office administrative support, including documentation and filing.
- Perform any other duties or ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.

**Key Requirements**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field.
- 1-3 years of hands-on HR experience.
- Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
- Experience with HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP) or payroll software (e.g., Info-Tech) is an added advantage.
- Solid knowledge and practical skills in payroll, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (the company has a subsidiary in Kulai, Johor).
- Good understanding of the Malaysian Employment Act and relevant labor laws.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
