Job Description:

- Handle disciplinary issues and grievances of employees of business units to ensure issues are being resolved fairly;
- Provide employees with interpretation and guidance in relation to policy and procedures;
- Provide advice and solutions on general HR operational and employee relations issues;
- Carry out administrative functions on renewal of license,etc;
- Assist in coordinate for company event, festival event and others.
- Assist HR Manager to perform full spectrum of HR functions such as recruitment training and development, compensation and benefits, staff performance evaluations etc.
- To check attendance, staff claims, leave management and commission for retail staff.
- To prepare payroll and key in computerize system.
- To prepare HR related letters.
- Conduct initial orientation to newly joined employees.
- Maintain staff records, ensure that all the records are complete and kept updated.
- To guide the team in all matters pertaining to human resources and administration
- To perform other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirement:
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:

- A hands-on person that is proactive, driven and resourceful;
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent;
- Positive working attitude;
- Strong in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Degree in any related discipline;
- At least one (1) Year of working experience in the Educational field is required for this position;
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
- Independent team player with ability to multi-task;
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
