- Assist with basic issues such as payment problems, account updates, and login errors.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the system.
- Follow company procedures and ensure customer data privacy.
- Support the team with daily tasks and attend training as needed.
- Work towards achieving customer service goals.

**Requirements**:

- SPM/Diploma/Degree in any field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Basic computer skills
- Friendly, patient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to learn and grow with the company.
