**Roles**:
The Executive - Sales & Operations will have the responsibility to be a brand ambassador and actively promote Sunway Pristine Laundry to customers both existing and new customers. He/she will be responsible for managing customer accounts effectively, providing a great experience to customers, and delighting customers while building rapport and loyalty.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cultivate, maintain, and grow relationships with new and established accounts that will increase business and ensure excellent customer relations.
- Provide continual efforts to maintain relationships with existing customers to drive renewals and upsell opportunities.
- Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs.
- Keeping accurate records pertaining to sales and services.
- Maintaining updated knowledge of the Company’s operations and services.
- Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires.
- To perform any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Degree in Business/Marketing or other relevant disciplines with a minimum of 1-year experience in Key Accounts Development/Marketing/Sales or Customer Service.
- Responsible, self-motivated, and diligent;
- Able to work in a face-paced environment and handle external pressure.
- Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills.
- Multitasker who possesses the ability to lead and prioritize tasks across various teams within the organization.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
