To assist and feedback to Property Manager on preparation of House Rules according to the statutory provisions including but not limited to the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures for the properties assigned.
- To ensure that all maintenance and operation Manuals including as-built drawing are safely kept in the office and easily available for reference at any times.
- To comply promptly at all times with all SOPs and reasonable directions from the Company from time to time.
- To implement any and all relevant policies, procedures and work constructions as so defined in the Company's Quality Management System.
- Responsible to ensure that the assigned properties comply strictly with all laws of Malaysia.
- To assist Property Manager to organise and carry out Pre-Delivery Inspections of completed common area and facilities and carried out prior to the issuance of Certificate of Practical Completion including but not limited to the compilation and onward transmission of all defects identified to the relevant parties.
- To assist Property Manager in organizing, coordinating and management of all delivery of vacant posession initiatives on common area.
- Responsible to ensure that all defects identified during the defects liability period are rectified accordingly within the stipulated time frame; including and not limited to the co-ordination with Project Department.
- Responsible for all aspects of the day to day management of properties assigned in accordance with the Management Agreement executed with Building Owner including, but not limited to the provision of customer service and attending to customer's complaints and/or service requests, all verbal and written communications and/or representations from the customer and/or authorities as and where necessary.
- To assist Property Manager to manage security and housekeeping operation, parcel owner renovation, and property maintenance and repair of the properties.
- Responsible for the office administration of the assigned properties, including but not limited to the maintenance and upkeep of office records, organizing of meetings and preparation of minutes and preparation of reports.
- To assist Property Manager to manage the financial operation of the properties assigned including, but not limited to the collection of all charges, rent due and other monies, to recover arrears, processing of all outgoing payments, preparation and control of budget, procurement and maintenance of adequate insurance coverage, submission of insurance claims and all other insurance related matters.
- All other responsibilities, requirements, efforts or working conditions associated with the position in the properties assigned.
- Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior/management.

Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
