**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Document & Tender Management**
- Prepare, organize, and manage tender documents according to specified requirements.
- Ensure all documents are complete and comply with the required terms and guidelines.
- Handle the submission and systematic storage of documents.
**Administrative Support for the Business Development Department**
- Manage office files, records, and documentation in an organized manner.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, memos, and meeting minutes.
- Arrange schedules and organize meetings.
**REQUIRED SKILLS**:
**Technical Skills**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office for document and report preparation.
- Ability to draft and edit official documents, work schedules, and presentation materials.
- Manage correspondence and digital communication professionally.
**Communication & Coordination**
- Effectively communicate in both Malay and English with internal and external parties.
- Engage with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders.
**Marketing & Digital Design Skills**
- Manage social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for promotional and publicity purposes.
- Create digital posters for courses, programs, and company activities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
