Full job description

The Business Development Executive plays a key role in driving business growth and revenue generation for the company. This position involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires a blend of sales expertise, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and market presence.
  • Actively pursue new business leads and sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and requirements, and propose tailored solutions to address them.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Minimum Academic Requirements : Diploma / Degree
