**Job Overview**
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented **Clerk cum Receptionist** to join our team at our indoor shooting range. You will be the **first point of contact** for visitors, handle administrative tasks, and support daily operations to ensure a professional and safe customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Front Desk & Customer Service**:
- Greet and assist customers, visitors, and members professionally.
- Provide information about services, programs, and membership options.
- Handle customer registrations, bookings, and payments.
**Administrative Support**:
- Maintain **accurate records, forms, and filing systems** (hard & soft copies).
- Assist with **licence renewals, permits, and compliance documentation**.
- Support tender and procurement-related admin tasks when required.
- Prepare daily reports and assist in tracking range usage and bookings.
**Operations Assistance**:
- Coordinate with range officers and instructors on schedules and classes.
- Help manage inventory of **forms, consumables, and front-office supplies**.
- Support event days, training sessions, and corporate programs when needed.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum qualification: SPM/Diploma.
- Strong administrative and customer service skills.
- Friendly, professional, and presentable with good communication skills.
- Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic digital tools.
- **No criminal record** (background checks will apply).
- Must commit to **6-day work week including weekends and public holidays**.
**Preferred**
- **Multilingual ability** (Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin/Tamil or others) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in **reception, administration, or customer service**.
- Familiarity with firearms or interest in the defence industry is a plus.
