**Available Position**: Clerk Data Entry
**Vacancy**: 1 Full-timer
**Basic Salary**: (RM1,700 - RM1,900)
**Location**:No 3, Jalan BA 4/1, Kawasan Perindustrian Bukit Angkat, 43000 Kajang, Selangor
**Job Summary**
The company will depend on you to have accurate and up-to-date data that is easily accessible via a digital database.
**Responsibilities**
- Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems.
- Create spreadsheets with large amounts of figures without errors
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Update existing data
- Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Sort and organize paperwork after data entry to ensure it is not lost
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk
- Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing systems is highly preferred
- Excellent knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet tools (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripherals
- Basic understanding of databases
- Great attention to detail
