**Food and Beverage (F&B) Assistant**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Order Fulfillment**:

- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Monitor food and beverage quality to ensure it meets the established standards.
- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.

2. **Table Service**:

- Set up and maintain clean and organized dining areas.
- Ensure table arrangements are set appropriately with utensils, napkins, and condiments.
- Assist in clearing and resetting tables for the next guests.

3. **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to maintain effective communication.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Assist in training new staff members when necessary.

4. **Compliance and Hygiene**:

- Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure the well-being of customers.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.

5. **Event Support**:

- Provide support during special events or functions, including setup and breakdown.

**Requirements**:

- Required language(s): English or any other language will be an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Able to speak Fluent Mandarin is a plus but not compulsory
- Open to Malaysian citizens only
