**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Develop sales strategies to meet the desired revenue for the business & managing operating costs.
- Develop branding strategies for business opportunities.
- Develop & execute outlet expansion plan and participate in ROI exercise.
- **Research and Development**:

- Work closely with the F&B team to develop new menu timely.
- **Quality**:

- Ensure consistency in product quality & service delivery.
- **Compliance**:

- Develop & review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Ensure SOP is observed & carry out consistently for all branches.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify ways to increase work efficiency & productivity.
- **Manpower management**:

- Manpower planning to ensure efficient manpower utilization with consideration on peak period demands and succession planning.
- **Team management**:

- Lead, courage and motivate team to drive sales and heighten customer service delivery.

**Qualifications & Experiences Needed**
- At least a Diploma/Professional Degree/Bachelor’s Degree in Business studies, administration, management, food & beverage services management or equivalent.
- Proven track of experience working in Food/ Beverage/ Restaurant service or equivalent.
- Have knowledge in food control & product quality skills.
- Independent and resourceful
- Good communication skills and people management skills.
- Self-motivated and passionate for F&B industry.
- Willing to travel within Klang Valley.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Budget Control: 3 years (preferred)
- F&B Management: 3 years (preferred)
- Manpower management: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
