We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Tech Data Specialist who is fluent in Mandarin to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for individuals with 2-3 years of experience in inside sales and a strong background in cold calling.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Identify and understand client needs to provide tailored technology solutions.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

**Qualifications**:

- Native or fluent proficiency in Mandarin, with excellent communication skills.
- 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, with a proven track record in cold calling.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for technology and sales.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.

- 自我激励，结果导向，对技术和销售充满热情。
- 熟悉CRM软件和销售工具者优先。

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
