Job Scope
- 2-3 years of experience in providing client services, including system training (online& on-site), system configuration, customer support.
- Assist Program/Project Manager to coordinate the project implementation.
- Provide remote support services.
- Responsible for data collection and import, data analysis.
- Project management, process control and follow-up.
- Maintain the daily operation of the system.
- Respond to customer’s issues in time, according to the company’s requirement.

Job Specification
- Fluent in English communication
- Able to speak Mandarin or Cantonese (read and speak)
- Flexible thinking and efficient execution and coordination.
- An opportunity to travel (China and Asia Pacific region).
- Familiar with basic business etiquette.
- Proficient in Office software (power point, excel, word, etc.).
- Good adaptability to emergencies.
- Strong teamwork ability.
- Experience as a team leader or project management is preferred.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
