Trip Calculation:
- Calculate trip distances, delivery schedules, fuel usage, and overall transportation costs.
- Support route planning and cost-optimization initiatives.
Touch & Go (TNG) Management:
- Monitor and track Touch & Go card usage for toll expenses.
- Reconcile TNG transactions with trip logs and GPS records.
- Ensure all toll expenditures are within budget and properly documented.
Shell Card Management:
- Track Shell Card fuel transactions for all company vehicles.
- Verify fuel usage against trip records and investigate discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Shell representatives for card maintenance or reporting.
Trailer Idle Time Monitoring:
- Monitor trailer idle durations using GPS tracking systems.
- Identify delays, reduce unnecessary idle time, and improve fleet efficiency.
- Produce regular reports for idle time and suggest corrective actions.
GPS Tracking & Fleet Monitoring:
- Oversee vehicle GPS tracking in real-time.
- Monitor route adherence, unauthorized stops, and delivery timing.
- Provide tracking support to drivers and operations team during deliveries.
Other general admin work (Sales/logistic):
- Handle sales order entries accurately and promptly.
- Prepare and request for issuing invoices, and sales confirmations.
- Follow up on invoices and payment collections.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and customers.
- Maintain proper records of customer transactions, contracts, and correspondence.
- Ensure all documents are updated and archived systematically.
- Liaise with warehouse staff, procurement, sales, and suppliers to ensure timely movement of goods.
- Provide updates on delivery schedules and resolve logistics-related issues.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years experience in logistics or fleet operations.
- Familiarity with GPS tracking systems, Shell Card, and TNG usage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and logistics reporting.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
