**RESPONSIBILITY**
- To perform inspections of TCGM sites to ensure EHS compliance with government regulations, industry standard and customer’s requirements.
- To provide promotional materials, develops & administers recognition system to promote safe & healthy workplace practices.
- To conduct regular EHS talks and toolbox sharing and training for the TCGM sites.
- To lead EHS work-related incidents and accident investigation (inc. Near miss, Occupational Injuries, Chemical Spill, Gas Leak) and develop measures to prevent recurrences.
- To collect, analyses and maintain statistics on any accident, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning ad occupational disease which have occurred at the workplace.
- To ensure all required reports, procedures, work instructions/SOP, risk assessments and method of statements related to EHS related comply with Kinetics and customer’s EHS Policy and Procedures and are in place, updated and available to all on-site personnel.
- To establish and support sites’ implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement on Environmental, Health and Safety Management System as per statutory regulations (OSHA, EQA, and its other associate regulations) and the standards of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, RBA & other clients’ EHS standard.
- To coordinate and liaise with regulatory bodies (i.e DOSH, DOE) to ensure compliance.
- To work closely with site management and involve in all internal/external/customer audits and EHS meetings.
- To provide training and guidance to safety representatives in the implementation EHS management systems in TCGM sites.
- To advice management on the measures to be taken in the interests of the safety and health of employees in the workplace.
- To keep up to date with changes to the legislation, standards and codes of practice that will impact on EHS and communicate with all stakeholders.
- To collaborate with Corporate/Global/Regional Safety/EHS peers on the implementation of Kinetics Safety Policies on-site.
- To standby for emergency activation for site EHS related matter.
- To carry out any other instruction made by the management or person in charge of workplace on any matters pertaining to Environmental, Health and Safety in the workplace.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree in Environmental, Health and Safety/ Occupational Safety and Health/ Environmental Science
- Minimum 5 years’ experience related to Environmental, Health and Safety.
- Competencies in OSH-Coordinator or Safety & Health Officer is a MUST
- Demonstrated knowledge of local health and safety, and environmental regulations is essential. Direct experience dealing with regulatory agencies and/or compliance officers is preferred.
- Exceptional knowledge in Risk and Safety Management.
- Good knowledge on chemical properties & chemical analysis characteristics, safe working practices & local / global codes & standards
- Familiar with ISO14001, ISO45001 and RBA requirements.
- Able to conduct EHS trainings to all levels of employees.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Highly competent in working collaboratively across business functions as well as independently with minimum supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Working hours: Mon - Thurs (0800-1800) / Fri (0800-1700)

One (1) day rest in every 7 days. Not exceed 60 hours per week including Over Time.

Entitle for OT Rate 1.5 (Normal Working Day & Off Day
8hours & Public Holiday/Rest Day
8 hours office hours) - Basic salary RM4000.00 and below.

Entitle for Fix Overtime Rate, RM15/hour - Basic Salary above RM4000.00. Min. 2 hours OT per day to claim.

Contribution of EPF, Socso & EIS. Annual Leave, Sick Leaves and Other Special Leaves under company.

Employee is protected under Group Hospitalization, Group Term Life, Group Personal Accidents & Business Travel Insurance (when required).
