**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -**

**SALES**
- Plan, execute and monitor monthly e-comm monthly promotion campaigns to drive sales.
- Analyze different product/marketing campaigns performance, for improved future campaign planning.
- Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.

**DIGITAL MARKETING**
- Plan and execute digital promotion campaigns and projects, to drive sales to meet budget.
- Use google analytics and or social media digital search and ad tools, devise and implement campaigns to boost traffic into the store.
- Create update and ensure proper site products and content for social media.
- Use key learnings from own campaigns or competitor promotional and marketing campaigns to drive own e-comm growth.

**OPERATIONS**
- Work with Brand Team, to ensure listing of new brands/products and ensure plans are in place to communicate and excite consumers online.
- Perform regular audits to ensure pricing is accurate and that products are categorized correctly. Set a process to check and approve all price uploads, to avoid price setting errors. Check and verify that all product listings have accurate and high-quality images, graphics, and content.
- To ensure good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments. Handle customers' inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Analyze past sales, identify trends, action on fast and slow-moving inventory.
- Ensure stocks availability with secure stocks through a robust monitoring process.
- Actively take part in scheduled internal weekly meetings & brainstorming, preparing in advance to share relevant and beneficial information.

**JOB REQUIREMENT: -**
- 2-3 years experience in day-to-day management of e-comm sales platform; both in market places as well as own brand store URL.
- On trend in the digital environment, active in the social media, good knowledge of current trends.
- Possess strong analytical abilities to interpret and use the data to build results-driven platforms.
- Detail-Oriented, able to spot errors fast.
- Good customer service, to meet high customer ratings.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
