**Company Background**

**Cost Management & Analysis**
- Develop and maintain standard cost models for products and services, ensuring accurate cost allocation and pricing support.
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs (materials, labor, overhead), identifying variances and improvement opportunities.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting**
- Partner with Procurement, Sales, and Operations teams to enhance cost transparency and drive cost reduction initiatives.
- Lead month-end closing activities related to inventory valuation, WIP analysis, and cost accruals.
- Prepare detailed cost reports and dashboards for management review and strategic planning.

**Strategic Cost Optimization**
- Conduct scenario analysis and cost-benefit evaluations for new business initiatives.
- Propose and implement data-driven cost-saving strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Professional certification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is an advantage.
- Fluent in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of cost accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting standards, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros, financial modeling).

**Location: Iskandar Puteri**

**Salary Range: MYR 4,000 - 8,000**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
