**Key Features**

**Marketing and Business Service**:

- You will be the key contact person to stakeholders for the relevant portfolio base on global procurement database.

**Local Project Support (Moving of Unilever Office)**:

- Support and direct stakeholder to the right procurement for sourcing, approval and required transactions for this project.

**Supplier Contracts Support**:

- Support contracts by initiating, liaising with internal stakeholder and suppliers, finalize and ensure the contract upload in the system.

**Procurement Operating Model Improvement for Malaysia & Singapore**:

- Ensure, manage and support the fundamental enhancement and process simplification for Marketing and Business Services with the right governance.

**What do we look for?**
- Bachelor's Degree in any field and have a strong career interest in Supply Chain/Procurement.
- Analytical skills.
- Good organization skills and detail oriented.
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications (Word and Excel) and understands how to use formulas to automate workbooks.
- Able to commit for at least **3 to 6 months **.
- **Fresh graduates **who are seeking an internship experience.
