1) To assist Material Controller in calculating and issuing material requirement.

2) Handling clerical job for PPC/Purchasing department.

3) Photocopy Acknowledge form, Spec form and Drawing (new or revised drawing)

4) Filing all the related documents.
- Other duties shall be assigned from time to time by the Superior when and while required._

**Qualifications**

1) Computer knowledge in Microsoft Excel

2) Ability to read and write in English and Bahasa Melayu.
