**Title : Operation Manager**

Location : Bukit Jalil

Working Days : 5 days ( require to work during weekends /public holidays due to event)

Nature of Business :Established event mgmt company

Roles and Responsibility:
Leading a team and managing all aspects of strategic and operational planning. Deliver all production, activation, set up, technical, cost management, quality control, timeline and delivery of all events and strategic activation, effectively and efficiently. Sourcing for vendors and negotiate best value for the interest of the company. Liaising with all relevant authorities and other stakeholders.

**Managing events ** based on the projects from the clients

**Coordinate and manage on site set up to ensure all the equipments meet the requirement of the event ** Preparing budget/quotation and infrastructure items that require for every event

**Planning, coordinating and administering events ** Meeting/dealing with clients and related authorities, before, during and after event/program

**Execute the negotiations, booth design, space & measurement, accommodation ** Planning on event coordination with and within department

**Preparing event reports ** Managing event crews and other team membersNegotiated with suppliers for event equipment supply (infra set up equipments, promo items, etc)

**Managing the negotiations and event space bookings for event, road show and any related event ** Determine the requirement of projects/events to ensure the client objectives are met which starting from the planning of the event

**Monitor and ensure proper control of company assets (equipment’s storage) ** Preparing event costing (budget, quotation) and determine the company profit meets the target **Analyze postmortem and events report to improve company performance ** Working under pressure situations and learn on how to make the decisions, also on how to solve problems occurs when managing the event

**Work long hours and weekends**

**Requirements**:

- Min Diploma/ Degree
- Min 3 years experience in managing people, good in operational and detail person
- Able to work during public holiday/ night/ weekends to ensure the event is running smoothly

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
