- Develop pricing strategies, product positioning, and promotional plans for new products.
- Monitor product performance and provide recommendations for adjustments to optimize sales and profitability.
- Stay updated with industry trends to identify potential opportunities and challenges.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in purchasing and demand planning, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG distribution.
- Experience in launching new products and managing the product lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Mandarin speaker is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and demand planning software is a plus.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
