**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company requirements.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive cost, quality, and delivery terms.
- Coordinate with suppliers on order confirmation, delivery schedules, and issue resolution.
- Maintain and update supplier database, contracts, and price lists.
- Monitor stock levels, track material usage, and assist in demand forecasting with Production/Planning.
- Ensure all purchasing documentation complies with company policy, ISO/IATF 16949 standards, and audit requirements.
- Build and maintain good supplier relationships; evaluate supplier performance.
- Support cost reduction initiatives and assist in developing new vendor sources.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Warehouse, QA, Engineering) to fulfill purchasing requirements.
- Handle import/export documentation (if required) for automotive raw materials and parts.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, invoice verification, and ERP/MRP system updates.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Purchasing/Account/Finance/Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with automotive quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
