- Bridge the gap between the Academy Manager and internal & external audiences, ensuring smooth communication and efficient service.
- Field and direct phone inquiries, seamlessly distributing correspondence to the appropriate individuals.
- Adroitly handle requests and queries, providing helpful and accurate information.
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings for the Academy Manager, ensuring optimal time management.
- Capture clear and comprehensive notes during meetings for future reference.
- Streamline daily operations by assisting with scheduling and time management tasks.
- Collaborate with the team to organize and coordinate successful events and speaking engagements.

**Who you are**:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant is required.
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, adeptly managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in Mandarin is a requirement for this position.
