HR Admin Assistant/officer

**Job Descriptions**:
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR & admin functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Department
- Handles the full set of billing matters (invoices, credit note, official receipts, etc).
- Ensure the inventory (equipment/goods of Jobpoint Group) in good stock especially for walkies talkie, stationery, office/guard post equipment.
- Update all inventory record (stock in/out) and submit inventory report 10th of each following month.
- Incharge in advertisement especially for Local Guard manpower.
- Update and maintain the loan asset records especially for company phones.
- Prepare of employment contract for local operation team.
- Assist to manage of foreign workers management (calling visa, passport renewal, SKHPPA, FWCS, Flight ticket for workers sendback/holiday, etc.)
- Dealing with suppliers for purchase requisition form, etc.
- Deal with property agent for the tenancy related matters for our properties
- Any other ad-hoc assignments as per assigned by HOD at any time
- Any other tasks as per assigned when there is a need arise
**Job Requirements**:
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): human resource, time management, administrative, employment act
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
