After Sales Executive

**1. Customer Support**
Handle customer inquiries and complaints after the sale.
Provide technical support or service-related information.
Coordinate repairs, replacements, or warranty claims.
**2. Follow-Up Communication**
Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Gather feedback to improve products/services.
Build long-term customer relationships to increase retention.
**3. Service Coordination**
Schedule and manage after-sales services (e.g., installation, maintenance).
Liaise with technical teams, service centers, or logistics departments.
Ensure timely delivery of promised services or products.
**4. Documentation & Reporting**
Maintain records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
Prepare regular reports on after-sales performance and issues.
**5. Sales Support**
Upsell or cross-sell additional products or services (e.g., extended warranties, accessories).
Assist in generating repeat or referral business from existing customers.
**6. Warranty & Claims Handling**
Manage product warranty and service claim processes.
Ensure claims are processed smoothly and resolved quickly.
**7. Inventory Management**
Maintain accurate stock levels of spare parts.
Monitor stock movements and update inventory records.
Conduct regular stock checks and audits to prevent shortages or overstocking.
**8. Spare Parts Procurement**
Source spare parts from approved suppliers or manufacturers.
Compare prices, negotiate with vendors, and place purchase orders.
Ensure timely procurement to avoid service delays.
**9. Order Fulfillment**
Process customer or internal requests for spare parts.
Coordinate packaging and dispatch of parts to customers, branches, or service teams.
Track and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely arrival.
**10. Warehouse Coordination**
Ensure spare parts are properly labeled, stored, and organized.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to manage inbound and outbound stock.
**11. Documentation & Reporting**
Maintain accurate records of purchases, sales, and inventory.
Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports on stock status, sales, and consumption.
Handle warranty or return documentation for defective or unused parts.
**12. Coordination with Other Departments**
Work closely with service, maintenance, sales, and procurement teams.
Support service engineers by ensuring quick availability of required parts.
**13. Inventory Management**
Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels.
Conduct regular stock counts and audits.
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of products.
**14. Goods Receiving & Dispatching**
Supervise the receiving of incoming goods and verify quantity and quality.
Prepare and oversee the dispatch of outgoing shipments.
Coordinate with transport/logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
**15. Warehouse Operations**
Ensure efficient layout and space utilization.
Oversee daily warehouse activities such as loading, unloading, and material handling.
Maintain cleanliness and order within the warehouse.
**16. Team Supervision**
Manage warehouse staff and assign duties.
Train new employees on warehouse procedures and safety protocols.
Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
**17. Safety & Compliance**
Enforce health and safety standards within the warehouse.
Ensure all warehouse operations comply with legal and company regulations.
Conduct safety drills and inspections regularly.
**18. Coordination & Communication**
Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams.
Resolve issues related to inventory shortages, delivery delays, or damaged goods.
Communicate with suppliers and transporters as needed.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
