**Job Summary **:To perform a day-to-day general clerical and administrative support tasks.
**Responsibility & Duties**
- Greet clients and visitors with a helpful attitude and help them navigate through office.
- Answering phones in a professional manner, respond to inquiries and routing calls as necessary.
- Assist in all matter related to document control and general office administration including photocopy, scanning, filing etc.
- Update records of drivers’ trip and voucher received.
- Track stocks of office supplies (stationery and cleaning supplies) and place orders when necessary.
- Track and responsible for certificate and licence renewal (MBJB, MOF, LPJ, Trace Certificate).
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper
management.
- Warehouse inventory.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities on ad-hoc basis.
**Qualification & Competencies**
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office especially MS Word and MS Excel.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good time management skills
