Personal Assistant to CEO

**The Job Role**:
- Maintain business calendar and coordinate travel and meeting schedules
- Handle all travel arrangements for senior management
- Prepare and update materials for business reviews and related activities, highlighting progress and key risks
- Distribute information, coordinates tasks and action items on behalf of the CEO’s office to the team
- Maintain contacts directory for key persons
- Welcome and host guest/ visitors for the senior management team
- Conduct research and prepare reports/presentations and other any materials where required
**Requirements**:
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant within the electronics manufacturing industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively with professionalism
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable to engage with senior management and other stakeholders
**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

- Pasir Gudang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
