**Job Title: Quality Control (QC Lead)**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Inspection**: Conduct thorough inspections of products/services at various stages of production to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement measures to enhance product/service quality and efficiency.
- **Supplier Management**: Work closely with suppliers/vendors to establish and maintain quality standards, resolve quality issues, and drive continuous improvement in supplier performance.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions taken, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- **Training and Development**: Provide training and guidance to QC team members to ensure understanding of quality standards, inspection procedures, and best practices.
- **Root Cause Analysis**: Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective/preventive actions to address underlying problems and prevent recurrence.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments, such as production, engineering, and supply chain, to address quality-related concerns and drive improvements throughout the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in quality control/assurance roles, and in a leadership/supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Statistical Process Control).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and drive effective corrective/preventive actions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
