**Key Responsibilities**:

- Propose, plan, develop, and implement aftersales service promotions and campaigns.
- Develop Body & Paint business operations, including standard operating procedures and policies.
- Research and identify new business opportunities for aftersales, including spare parts, accessories, merchandise, value-added services, and products.
- Actively analyze current market conditions and competitor activities to formulate effective action plans.
- Conduct vendor and supplier selection, proposals, and evaluations.
- Serve as the Aftersales Point of Contact for new model launches by developing aftersales strategies, plans, and assisting with new model launches.
- Prepare and analyze aftersales business performance reports to propose areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
- Preferably with working experience in the automotive industry.
- Full time.
