**Responsibilities**:
**Workshop Service operational support tasks (E-Garage Cambodia)**:

- Daily workshop operational ad-hoc support.
- Workshop SOP process implementation and improvement.
- Annual workshop KPI (Service revenue, KPI, debtor etc) planning and review.
- Daily and monthly workshop KPI performance tracking and review.
- Assurance on workshop operation in compliance with group policy.
- Provide guidance and advice to local team on all workshop service operational matters.

**Workshop Spare Part operational support tasks (E-Garage Cambodia)**:

- Daily workshop Spare part operational ad-hoc support.
- Monthly review on Spare Part selling price and GP margin.
- Support and advice local team on spare part sourcing and price setting activities.
- Assurance on spare part procurement and pricing setup aligned with group policy.
- Provide guidance and advice to local team on all spare part operational matters.

**Workshop service marketing support tasks (E-Garage Cambodia)**:

- Annual service marketing KPI planning and review
- Monthly service marketing performance tracking and review
- Monthly service marketing implementation support
- Post service marketing implementation review
- Provide guidance and advice to local team on all service marketing operational matters.

**NSC support tasks (Tan Chong Motor Cambodia)**:

- Workshop SOP process implementation according to Nissan principal requirements.
- Warranty SOP process (claim submission, claim approval, warranty storage, warranty documentation requirements) implementation according to Nissan principal requirements.
- Workshop technical support coordination with HQ if needed.
- New model launch aftersales support preparation.
- NSC spare part support
- NSC reporting

**Indochina Aftersales Support Departmental reporting tasks**:

- Coordinate and assist department on any routine reporting.
- Assist department manager on preparation of ad-hoc/project reporting.
- Assist department manager on validating submitted reporting.
- **IT support administrative tasks**:

- Assist department/project lead to roll out any new system.
- Assist department/project on system change request and testing.
- Assist department to maintain the system upkeep.
- Coordinate with IT for any reported system issue.
- Coordinate with IT for any required departmental reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, automotive or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years or more of Service Centre workshop experience.
- Able to communicate and write proficiently in English and Mandarin.
- IT savvy and Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. (Preferably who can do excel functions such as Pivot and min. excel formulae).
- Willing to learn and take on new challenges and a keen sense for business accounting management.
- Open-minded and able to work in a multicultural environment.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
