**Job Title**: Aftersales Technical Training Manager
**Location**: Petaling Jaya (PJ), Malaysia

Are you passionate about empowering others through knowledge and training in the automotive aftersales sector? Jetour Malaysia is seeking an Aftersales Technical Training Manager to create, deliver, and enhance training programs for our fleet customers, service personnel, and technicians.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop training materials for new models and specific technical courses.
- Organize, conduct, and deliver training and assessment to fleet customers, service personnel, and technicians.
- Collect feedback from trainees and service managers regarding training courses for further improvement.
- Ensure that dealers’ technicians and service personnel fulfill all necessary training and certification requirements.
- Provide timely and precise training in line with market trends and requisitions to ensure the best service quality at dealers.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably with working experience in the automotive industry.
- Willingness to work full-time in Petaling Jaya (PJ).
