**Main Duties and Responsibilities: -**
- Responsible for handling and expand relationships with key clients assigned to you.
- Build, develop and maintain a strong relationship with the key clients. You will be the contact point of all key client matters, including resolving client's complaints, anticipate the client’s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for client are met, and help the client succeed.
- Understand the trends and dynamics of e-commerce business, and deepen e-commerce research.
- Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management.
- Pay attention to the improvement of the logistics scores of key e-commerce platforms, and promote the company's e-commerce business volume.
- Negotiate pricing model and contract management.
- Any ad-hoc task which is required by the management.

**Job Requirements: -**
- Minimum of 1 year work experience in key account management preferably in E-Commerce industry.
- Proven B2B account management experience would be an advantage.
- Possess outstanding strategic thinking ability and strong experience in key account management.
- Problem solver and independent.
- Good communication and presentation skills and strong command of English.
- Good project management skills.
- Applicants must be willing to work in KL Eco City.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Attendance bonus
- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (required)
