- Attend to walk-in customer, customer orders, inquiries and complaints
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas
- Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making. Handle issues in the best interest of both customer and company.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- To assists superior on day - to - day administration functions at the Customer Service department.
- Ensure proper administration of the gym, such as:
- Sign up or cancel memberships
- Provide membership sign-up information and explain membership terms
- Effectively assists in all member enquiries, complaints and requests
- Communicate gym updates and membership matters to members
- Inspect and maintain cleanliness and tidiness of gym and office environment on a daily basis
- Inspect to ensure all equipment are functioning and well-maintained
- Ensure gym rules are respected; take corrective actions if they are not
- Work within our Standard Operating Procedures
- Effectively work within the team to escalate any issues to your direct supervisor after attempting to resolve them on your own
- Contribute towards delivering a great experience to members and guests
