As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and drive success at our retail location in The Curve, Damansara.

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring sales targets are met, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will lead by example, managing the store team, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring that our customers have a memorable and premium shopping experience. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a team while promoting luxury products, including Hyrem’s exclusive perfumes and home lifestyle items.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, manage, and motivate the store team to achieve and exceed sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Drive the overall performance of the store, including sales growth, profitability, and cost control
- Ensure the store is visually appealing, well-stocked, and reflective of Hyrem’s luxury brand image
- Build strong customer relationships by providing in-depth product knowledge, including perfume expertise and personalized service
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to build a knowledgeable and motivated team
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and compliance with company policies
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Analyze sales reports, monitor key performance indicators, and develop strategies to improve store performance
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, as well as store policies and procedures

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury goods, fashion, or fragrance industries
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing store profitability
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and the team
- Passion for luxury products, with a keen interest in home goods, fragrances, and personal care
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- People Management: 1 year (preferred)
