Customer Service Professional

Location: Office is based in KOMTAR, Penang
Salary**:RM1500 - RM1800 **+ **Allowance RM60** (after training) + **Technical Allowance RM200** (after training) + **Transport Allowance Max RM200** (after training) + **Performance Payment Max RM300** after training
Working hours: Earliest shift starts: 8am, last shift ends: 10.30pm
Employment Status: 1 year contract (Renewable basis)
Requirement:
- Minimum SPM holder with 1 year of Customer Service experience, **pass in BM, English, Maths & Sejarah**:
- Good communication skills in both English & Bahasa Malaysia (speaking & writing).
- Basic computer knowledge (operating computer, MS Office Skills).
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems while interacting with customers.
- Demonstrate patience and ability to resolve customer concerns. (ie. project a “Smiling” voice & active listening skills)
- **Must be willing to from Monday to Sunday (5-day week, rotating off days)**.
- Typing skills 30 wpm with 85% accuracy.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,360.00 per month
