**Content Creation**:

- Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms, including images, videos, and written posts.
- Plan, storyboard, and produce high-quality short videos, reels, and TikToks.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand voice and campaign goals.
- Monitor trends and create timely, relevant content to increase audience engagement.
- Edit photos and videos using design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent software.

**Live Hosting**:

- Host live-streaming sessions on platforms like Facebook Live, TikTok Live, or Instagram Live.
- Present products, services, or promotions in an engaging and professional manner during live streams.
- Interact with the audience in real time, answering questions, addressing comments, and driving sales or engagement.
- Coordinate live-streaming schedules and ensure the technical setup is ready for smooth operations.
- Analyze live-stream performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.

**Marketing Support**:

- Assist in planning and executing content marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the team to brainstorm ideas for online events, giveaways, and collaborations.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of posts and streams.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze content and live stream performance metrics.
- Generate reports on audience engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
- Optimize content and live-stream strategies based on data-driven insights.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in content creation and live hosting (portfolio or showreel required).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in video editing, graphic design, and social media management tools.
- Familiarity with live-streaming platforms and their technical requirements.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and algorithms.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Positive and energetic personality suited for live hosting.

**Additional Notes**:

- Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or related industries is a bonus.
- Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing strategies is advantageous.
- Comfortable working flexible hours to accommodate live-stream schedules.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
