Job description:

- To attend to complaint received from resident and maintain good public relation with the resident.
- To follow-up daily with maintenance staff on their feedback on complaints submitted for their investigation.
- To be responsible for the administrative function of the office.
- To record invoices from Account Payables/Account Receivables and prepare cheque for payment
- To prepare notice/memo when required
- Assist in bank reconciliation
- Any ad-hoc assigned duties

Job requirements:

- Qualification: SPM and above
- Language: Malay* (English and Mandarin will be an added advantage)
- At least 1 year related working experience in administrative, customer service and accounting role
- Posses own transport and willing to travel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month

**Benefits**:
