- To check and verify the staff petty cash claims.
- Replenish office supplies
- Respond to messages, direct calls, and answer telephone calls
- To prepare and process staff payroll on a monthly basis.
- To ensure that all statutory contribution (EPF, SOCSO, EIS and Tax) are prepared, submitted and prepare payment to related parties.
- To update the staff leave and medical benefits, i.e. annual leave, medical leave, medical claim, etc.
- Leave & Attendance Management
- Prepare employment documentations, such as offer letter, confirmation letter, termination letter, increment letter, etc.
- Any others duties as when assigned.
