'¢ Set up meetings with potential clients to negotiate and close deals '¢ Prepare and deliver presentations on products/services '¢ Report to sales manager about goals, sales, and prospects '¢ Handle client complaints or concerns '¢ Participate in events and conferences on behalf of the company '¢ To obtain market feedback on competitor's activities or products. '¢ To provide and submit monthly sales/ production reports to corporate clients. '¢ To ensure all outstanding amount owed by the clients/ customers is collected timely as per agreed terms. '¢ To attend trade shows/ workshop, in order to keep abreast with market development and trends. '¢ To assist in tickets/ visa/ passport delivery to clients/ customers whenever necessary. '¢ To provide and submit the sales planner and sales visit report on a weekly basis.
