**Responsibilities**:

- Support daily sales and operations functions.
- Handle the full sales cycle, including pre-sales (RFQ, quotation, order processing and fulfillment) to after sale activities, project tenders and presentation slides.
- Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve company sales and rental targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Coordinate with internal departments (operation, logistics and workshop) to ensure equipment readiness and timely delivery to customers.
- Monitor Debtor Listing and ensure timely collection of payment due from customer.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
- Ensure compliance with local law and company policies.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial equipment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams towards achieving KPIs and deadlines.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Malay and/or Mandarin is an advantage.
- Possess a valid driving license and available for travel when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
