Job Role:

  • Assist in daily logistics operations including shipping, transportation, and warehouse coordination.
  • Prepare and process shipping documents, delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
  • Coordinate with forwarding agents, transporters, and shipping lines to arrange shipments and deliveries on time.
  • Track and monitor delivery status, ensuring timely shipment and resolving delivery issues when necessary.
  • Support the import/export process including LMW, MITI, MIDA applications and SIRIM/COA submission under supervision.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, material movement, and shipment documentation.
  • Assist in preparing and renewing duty exemption applications and ensure all approvals are updated before shipment.
  • Liaise with Customs, warehouse, and internal departments (procurement, project, and finance) to ensure smooth material flow.
  • Ensure that all logistics activities comply with company policies, ISO procedures, and Malaysian customs regulations.
  • Prepare monthly reports for shipping activities, delivery performance, and logistics cost tracking.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Logistic Manager or management.

Requirements:

  • Must willing to based at Pengerang, Johor office
  • Fresh graduate with Diploma or Degree in logistic course are encourage to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2, RM5,500.00 per month
