Role Description

The Senior Executive, Foreign Worker Management will oversee the end-to-end management of foreign workers, including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include maintaining worker records, liaising with relevant authorities, addressing grievances, and ensuring the well-being of foreign workers. You will collaborate closely with internal departments and external agencies to optimize workforce deployment and resolve any issues promptly. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pengerang.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Foreign Worker Management, including knowledge of recruitment processes, onboarding, and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks such as record-keeping, reporting, and documentation.
  • Skills in conflict resolution, communication, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations; prior experience in workforce management is highly valued.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including HRIS and MS Office tools.
  • Previous experience in managing workers in the real estate or infrastructure sector is an advantage.
