Must-have:
Experience on public cloud infrastructure and operation e.g. AWS (preferred), Azure, GCP.
Sound knowledge on cloud architecture - well-architected framework
Familiar with Cloud Native Landscape and able to construct solution building block out of it.
Experience on Cloud migration - Understand the possible migration paths, landing zones, DR strategies, etc.
Working knowledge on Kubernetes and Containerization.
Working knowledge on operational Observability - Logging, Monitoring, Alerting concept and tooling e.g. Grafana stack, Elastic Stack, etc.
Working knowledge on Infrastructure as Code (laC) e.g. Terraform, Helm, Packer, CDK, Ansible, Chef, etc.
Working knowledge on CI/CD toolchain like BitBucket, GitHub, Jenkins, SonarQube, Fortify, GitHub Actions, etc.

Nice-to-have:
Familiar with Agile Working Model (AWM), it's methodology e.g. Kanban vs Scrum and tooling e.g. Jira, Confluence etc.
CNCF certification e.g. CKA, CKAD, CKS.
Cloud certification e.g. AWS Solution Architect Professional, AWS DevOps Engineer Professional.
Knowledge on microservice, architecture, event-driven system, service mesh.
Knowledge on Cloud security - shift-left security.
Experience on Windows and Linux administration.
Experience on SQL and NoSQL administration.
Knowledge on Performance testing.
